Steve Nyhof Enterprises, Inc. is a custom home builder in the greater Holland, MI area. We are a builder of new custom homes in areas of Saugatuck and Douglas with their beautiful charm and warm hospitality. We have and will build homes in South Haven near Lake Michigan with all the DEQ red tape to work through, or in other subdivisions or rural areas.

We built two homes down south in Coloma, which is past Covert near Hager Shores right on Lake Michigan. Two beautiful cottage homes that fit right into the wooded lots with large maple trees. We will gladly build in South Olive and further toward Grand Haven, Spring Lake and even as far as Fruitport.

Currently we just finished a large remodel job on Lake Mi, near Ventura Pines area on the end of Ransom Street. We will also build away from the lake shore toward Zeeland, Hudsonville, Jenison and the surrounding areas.

Our current project is back past South Haven on Hagar Shores again, a property with Lake Michigan access. A little simpler than the first two built here a few years ago, but still a nice 3000 + two story home with a split level foyer.
